Daily room cleaning, view from the balcony of the Chora and the Port and Livadi bay. You'll be very comfortable here and we would return.Pantelis2023-09-06ΑΡΙΣΤΟ Έπειτα απο αρκετή έρευνα για την επιλογή ενός καταλύματος για το νησί της Αστυπάλαιας αμέσως το μάτι μου έπεσε στο Anatoli Luxury Studios τόσο για την καταπληκτική του θέα οσο και για τα δωμάτια του. Αρχικα μόλις φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο η κοπέλα της reception η Αγγελική αλλά και η κοπέλα μου ετοίμαζε το πρωινό η Ειρήνη μας υποδέχτηκαν άψογα κάνοντας μας να νιώσουμε σαν το σπιτι μας. Το δωμάτιο που είχαμε επιλέξει ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ωραία διαμορφωμένο και διακοσμημένο. Το πρωινό του καταλύματος ήταν καταπληκτικό με αρκετές επιλογές και η Ειρήνη μια ευγενέστατη κοπέλα και πολύ καλη μαγείρισσα. Επιπλέον η Αγγελική παντα με χαρά και χαμόγελο μας βοήθησε αρκετα αναφορικά με τις παραλίες που πρέπει να επισκεφτούμε αλλά και τα εστιατόρια. Θα ήθελα να συγχαρώ τον ιδιοκτήτη του Anatoli luxury Studios για το κατάλυμα του αλλά και για το προσωπικό που έχει επιλέξει. Μπράβο σας. Εις το επανιδείν!!!Fokion P2023-08-25Συγχαρητήρια !!! As a family we chose and stayed in the Quadruple accommodation which gave the children their own bedroom. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. A delicious breakfast was included each morning with local and handmade food. Did I mention the view? Waking up and seeing the Chora in front of you. Wow! In the afternoon after coming home from the beaches we would relax on the balcony and wait for the Chora and castle to light up. Magical. Swayed by the views, we plumped for Anatoli Luxury Suites [a decision we didn’t come to regret!]. We were bowled over by the views overlooking the white-washed buildings of the Chora, Astypalaia Castle and the Aegean Sea stretching out for miles. From sunrise to sunset, it’s even more breath-taking in the flesh [photos simply cannot do it justice!]. Anatoli is exceptionally located – a stone’s throw from the Chora and the plethora of restaurants [Agoni Grammi was our favourite for affordable and authentic fare], the best café [Bokan Coffee House serves coffee that could rival Rome], the museum and Astypalaia Castle. We could walk everywhere which was ideal as we prefer to explore an island by foot [although the hotel and island are not particularly accessible to those with mobility issues]. The staff are exceptional – the cleaners went above and beyond and our room was spotless on a daily basis. What a credit to the business Aggeliki Karapidaki is too. Helming over our hotel for the duration of our stay, she went above and beyond, from smoothly arranging our transfer from the ferry port and meeting us there, answering any queries we had about the hotel and island and offering us such a warm welcome after an arduous four-hour ferry trip. She made fantastic suggestions for where to eat/drink. Most memorably, Aggeliki organised a sunrise boat trip to neighbouring islands Koutsomitis and Kounoupes at the very last minute – we’re incredibly grateful as it was one of our fondest memories of our time on the island. Our experience in Astypalea wouldn’t have been nearly as fantastic without her. Breakfast was delicious too – the cook makes one of – if not the – best homemade pies we’ve had in the Dodecanese to date. The menu was ever-changing and the savoury / sweet dishes would suit every palette. Perhaps the hotel’s greatest strength is how we had the best of both worlds – it’s the most ideal and tranquil setting to retreat from the scorching midday sun and a mere few minutes’ walk to the buzz of the Chora come sunset. The only criticisms would be that there only seemed to be hot water in the mornings and it’d have been ideal to have a kettle in our room. Aside from that, we couldn’t have had a better time in this hotel. The epitome of Grecian hospitality, we cannot recommend Anatoli enough. Πρώτη φορά στην Αστυπάλαια, ακόμη δεν έχουμε κάνει checkout, αλλά ειλικρινά δε μπορώ να περιμένω για να γράψω την κριτική μου. Υπέροχος χώρος, φανταστική τοποθεσία με θέα στο κάστρο, στη Χώρα. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Οικογενειακό, εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό και με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον όλο το προσωπικό. Ο Αντώνης, η Χρύσα, η Νοννα, η Άννα..... Το πρωινό ήταν φρεσκότατο και νοστιμότατο και με διαφορετικές δημιουργίες κάθε πρωί. Πραγματικά περναμε τέλεια κ οποτε μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία, σίγουρα θα ξαναερθουμε! Il castello veneziano di Astypalea si trova su una collina sopra Chora. Le mura sono sopravvissute fino ad oggi, ma le costruzioni al loro interno sono in gran parte rovinate.
Mulini a vento tradizionali
Otto mulini a vento tradizionali fiancheggiano il sentiero che porta al castello di Chora. Sono stati conservati e rappresentano probabilmente il punto più pittoresco del villaggio.
Monastero di San Giovanni
Si trova a 12 km a ovest di Chora. Incastonata tra due ripidi pendii, offre una fantastica vista sugli isolotti di Ktenia, Pontikoussa e Ofidousa.
